Rooms Are available: three room with private bathroom both with television, heating, air conditioning during the summer and WIFI connection. In the living room, for the guests, there are: TV, computer, DVD player and HIFI.
Service include the Italian breakfast that can be enjoyed comfortably served in the kitchen, or during the summer, you can have it in the balcony. In addition, guests may use freely the kettle for tea and coffee.

Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms
We have a dog who lives in the garden, and for obvious reasons of cohabitation, we can not accept other animals.
Normally we don't accept reservations for one night only, contact us for special needs.The price are for every room per night, with breakfast, change towel every two days, and tax. You can have owr traditional italian breakfast, in the kitchen, or in the garden. You can use the cooler and the boiler.
